Client wanted to extend their outside living space with a new patio beneath their new steel and glass awning. Footings excavated and concreted and retaining walls built from 6″ block on the flat and rendered and paved with 600mm x 600mm Perfecta paving from Marshalls. French drain install adjacent to property as the existing sub-base was quite high to avoid rainwater splashing back and bridging the DPC.
