Client wanted to replace failed raised decking with a porcelain tiled terrace for access to their hot tub. Steel reinforced footings, rendered block work with steps. Block work had to be millimeter perfect square as little tolerance with the tiles! Compacted hardcore and road base backfill with concrete topped with a fibre reinforced cement screed. Finished with porcelain tiles and balustrading.
