This project was undertaken in the Blue Mountains, NSW Australia. There was significant subsidence in the original foundation and the bricks had cracked. The deck and roof were braced and the face bricks all removed and cleaned as they were no longer in manufacture. A new concrete foundation was installed and the brick wall and piers replaced like new.
