Client had a budget to transform their derelict garden into something new. Adjoining neighbour’s property was 6 feet higher so built a retaining wall with 6″ block on the flat with weepholes back filled with gravel and boundary fence on top, posts inserted into piers and stepped down fencing along public walkway complete with new patio and timber sleepers.
