1870’s cottage restoration. Client had damp issues and woodworm throughout property. Removed all interior cement render and repointed front stone work in lime and lime rendered rear cob wall. Renewed, repaired and strengthened joists. Replaced flooring and ceiling with new LED’s. Restored upstairs bedroom partition wall to original panelling
