Client’s house was by the river in Devoran and exposed to extreme weather. The original EPDM rubber roofs had perished so stripped back along with the ridge tiles and old chipboard removed. The joists were OK so installed new decking and trims and fibre glassed and replaced ridge tiles. We had to go back to prime and fibre glass over the ridge tiles as the driving rain was able to push the water under them!
