Client had a leaking flat roof to their property. A survey revealed perished mineral felt beneath the gravel. Old roof stripped along with the lower courses of fibre cement tiles from adjoining pitched roofs so we could install new decking and trims. Fibre glassed throughout and new tiles replaced.
