Once again a client had damp issues and woodworm throughout their 1900 built cottage. Removed all cement render to downstairs front elevation, dried out walls with dehumidifiers and re-plastered with lime. Replaced rotted ceiling/floor joists and installed new bedroom floorboards and skirting. All timber protected against any future woodworm infestation. Replaced 2 x timber lintels to windows. Clad new ceiling with timber shiplap ready for decoration
